This document constitutes the binding agreement between you and pak111 governing your use of the platform. Please read all sections carefully before registering or depositing.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and pak111 ("pak111", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pak111 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pak111 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes. pak111 may require identity verification documents (such as a CNIC or other government-issued identification) before processing withdrawals or at any other time pak111 deems necessary in accordance with its verification procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak111 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your pak111 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pak111 support immediately.
All account balances on pak111 are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak111 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time, as notified within the Platform.
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. pak111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. pak111 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your pak111 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated at pak111's discretion with reasonable notice.
pak111 does not charge platform-side deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pak111 accepts no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals from your pak111 account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements and applicable limits. pak111 reserves the right to request proof of identity before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours and processing times vary by payment method. pak111 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, however unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. pak111 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
pak111 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All bets placed on the pak111 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, casino, slots, live casino, lottery, Andar Bahar). These product-specific rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms.
pak111 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable product rules. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your pak111 account balance.
Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after submission except where a specific product feature (such as cash-out, where available) explicitly permits this. The outcome of all games and events is final once settled by pak111.
pak111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered and are incorporated into these Terms.
General bonus rules include: bonuses must be claimed within any stated claim window; wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn; bonus funds are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are satisfied; and pak111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time.
Attempting to abuse Promotions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of manipulation — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak111 Platform:
pak111 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and, where a breach is confirmed, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balance held.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak111 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from pak111.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pak111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pak111 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a denial of service attack, malware, or other technologically harmful material affecting your device as a result of your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
pak111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pak111 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, pak111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may include a notification on login or via the contact details held on your pak111 account.
Your continued use of the pak111 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
pak111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if pak111 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if pak111 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
You may close your pak111 account at any time by contacting support via the live chat available within your logged-in account dashboard. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable amounts pursuant to these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pak111, you agree to first contact pak111 support to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any other remedy.
pak111 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable law.
